Meeting Notice Template
For use by committee members to post a meeting
Use the Meeting Notice Template to post your meetings with the Town Clerk, in order to comply with MGL C.30A s.18-25, the "open meeting" law.
You may email it to the Clerk for posting or deliver it to Town Hall. Remember that postings must be done at least 48 hours prior, excluding weekends and holidays.
