Town of Shutesbury, Massachusetts
Special Town Meeting
August 22, 2006

At a legal meeting of the Inhabitants of the Town of Shutesbury
qualified to vote in elections and town affairs, held at the
Shutesbury Town Hall, 1 Cooleyville RD on the twenty-second day of
August in the year two thousand and six, in the presence of a quorum
the following business was conducted.

Moderator Michael Bloomfield opened the meeting at 7:06 PM  

Article 1.

A motion was made and seconded to repeal the town bylaw adopted at the
October 8, 1974 Special Town Meeting that prohibits above ground
storage of gasoline and requires underground storage of gasoline in
containers of more than 5 gallons.

Unanimously voted.

The meeting was dissolved at 7:08 P.M.
