Meeting Notice Template
For use by committee members to post a meeting

Use the Meeting Notice Template to post your meetings with the Town Clerk, in order to comply with MGL C.30A s.18-25, the "open meeting" law.
 
You may email it to the Clerk for posting or deliver it to Town Hall. Remember that postings must be done at least 48 hours prior, excluding weekends and holidays.

The September and November Elections

There will be mail-in and in-person voting options for registered Shutesbury voters during the September 1st State Primary Election and the November 3rd General Election. 

In Person Voting:

Details about in-person Early Voting and in-person Election Day voting will be added to this page as those decisions are made.

Voting By Mail:

If you were registered to vote in Massachusetts before July 1st 2020, the Secretary of the Commonwealth will mail you a Vote By Mail application around July 15th.

Voting - June 27 Town Elections

Town Hall is still closed to the public at this time.  Any Absentee or Early Voting applications I receive by noon on Monday, 6/22 will have their ballots put in the mail, but the  ballot may not reach the voter until Friday, or later.  Voters can return their ballot in the drop-box in front of Town Hall up to 2:00 pm on Saturday when the polls close to guarantee that it will be received.

If you did not get your ballot in time, you can vote in person on Saturday, outside, behind Town Hall.  The polls are open from 8 am - 2:00 pm 

 

 

ANRAD Public Hearings Continued Notice

The Shutesbury Conservation Commission  has published a notice of two continued public hearings.  This information is also posted on the Town Clerk page as required.  For more information see the Conservation Commission web page.  https://www.shutesbury.org/concom

 

At the April 23, 2020 virtual meeting of the Conservation Commission, the following two items were voted on and rescheduled to 5/14/2020:

If you have a zip code other than 01072 and your zip code doesn't work for your name, try putting in 01072.
