Absent:  Al Springer, Leslie Bracebridge, Linda Rotondi
Also Present:	   Becky Torres, Town Administrator

No Quorum so the meeting was general discussion with no votes taken.

Subjects Discussed:
1)  Rita…2 tiered application process
     a) draft of preliminary determination of eligibility
     b)  draft of application and approval process.
2)  June 17 -- date scheduled for public hearing @ 7:00 PM
3)  Next Meeting – May 27 @ 6:00 PM – preparation for public hearing
