A new means-tested senior citizen property tax exemption is available to Shutesbury Seniors 65 years and older. This exemption is tied to the applicant’s qualification for the Massachusetts State Tax Form Schedule CB (Circuit Breaker). Completed applications are due in the Assessors’ office by August 31st.
