The Shutesbury Council On Aging (COA) is dedicated to serving town residents 55 and over, their families and caregivers. Our meetings, currently on Zoom, are the second Wednesday of every month from 5:30 to 7:00. Anyone is welcome to attend.
This non-profit member/volunteer-run organization helps adults 60 and older in Shutesbury, Leverett, New Salem and Wendell age in place by assisting with transportation, computers, small tasks at home, or friendly visits. LifePath provides numerous Individual, home and community services that support Franklin County citizens 55 and over. LifePath provides help with Medicare, Medicaid, and MassHealth plans through the SHINE program (Serving the Health Information Needs of Elders).
