There will be a Special Town Meeting in Shutesbury on September 5th 2020 behind Town Hall at 1 Cooleyville rd. All residents qualified to vote are urged to attend. Bring your mask and a lawn chair and your agency as the executive branch of local government.
This Special Town Meeting is being held to decide if the Town of Shutesbury will vote to amend Article 11 of the 6/27/20 Annual Town Meeting warrant by reducing the amount of free cash applied to the FY21 budget from $476,357 to $220,000 and to increase/raise/appropriate by the corresponding amount of $256,357.
